Great interface to Postgres databases

I highly recommend this app.

PG Commander is the best-designed GUI alternative to working on the command line via psql. On top of that, the developer is very helpful. I requested support for materialized views and woke up the next morning with a beta in my inbox that addressed my need (subsequently released as v1.3.0). I then requested support for using integrated graphics, and that feature was just included in the most recent version (v1.4.2). If you’re working with Postgres, buy this app.
